This update refines how VAT on your expenses and your returns is handled.

• More accurate deductible VAT, recoverable VAT on an expense is now capped at its professional-use percentage. No more reclaiming 100% on mixed-use items.
• Switching from the exemption scheme to standard VAT, a new exemption end date in your settings. The app applies VAT automatically based on each document's date, so you no longer have to flip a setting at the right time.
• Improved invoice scanning, discount, credit note and rounding lines (negative amounts) are now kept, for an always-correct total.
• Reworked VAT Excel export, sales come straight from your invoices (no duplicates), purchases show the actually deductible net and VAT, and the summary matches the VAT listing.

You can now manage the equipment you buy for your projects and contracts, right inside Ledgerly.

• Item records with purchase price, sale price and quantity in stock, plus a unique reference generated automatically.
• Margin calculator, enter a multiplier (for example 1.7) and the sale price is computed for you, with the margin shown live.
• Restock alerts, set a threshold per item and get notified when stock runs low, switchable on or off.
• Full history, every stock-in and stock-out is tracked, along with the related invoice.
• Invoice and quote integration, pick an item straight from a line, the price and VAT fill in, and stock updates automatically when the invoice is issued.

• Testimonials — The homepage now displays user reviews in a continuous scroll.
• Pagination fix — The per-page selector in lists now works correctly.

• Newsletter subscription from the footer, with email confirmation (double opt-in).
• Unsubscribe link included in every email.
• Preference management from your profile, Notifications tab.

• INASTI Social Contributions Simulator — calculates your quarterly social contributions in real time based on your net taxable income.
• Three statuses supported: primary self-employed, complementary self-employed and starter (first years), each with its own specific rates and thresholds.
• 2026 brackets included (official INASTI rates: 20.50% / 14.16%, source rsvz.fgov.be).
• Displays the annual, quarterly and monthly amount to help you plan your cash flow.
• Available from the Tools → INASTI Contributions menu, no registration required.
