BackThese Terms of Use govern the use of the Ledgerly platform, accessible at ledgerly.be. By creating an account, you unconditionally accept these terms.
Ledgerly is accessible to natural persons carrying out a professional activity and to registered legal entities. Registration is free and without obligation for the basic plan.
The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information entered, the compliance of their invoices and the proper maintenance of their accounts. Ledgerly is an assistance tool and does not replace a certified accountant.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Data is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
Any attempt at fraud is strictly prohibited on the Ledgerly platform. This includes providing an incorrect or fictitious VAT number, incorrect bank details, or any misleading information intended to circumvent tax obligations or the terms of use of the service. In the event of proven fraud, Ledgerly reserves the right to block and/or delete the account in question, without notice or refund. Any attempt at fraud and any false declaration will be reported to the relevant Belgian authorities, in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms of Use are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
